Extra support towards a new chapter
Service Coordinators

Our Service Coordinators will work with you to design, develop and deliver a service coordination plan that works for you. This includes coordinating access to support from a range of local services, including addiction and mental health.

Service Coordinators also build and maintain positive relationships with local support services and attend multiagency meetings to advocate for all of the customers on their caseload. They also work flexibly and stay up to date with the latest news and guidance relating to homelessness and complex needs.
