Phoenix Support Hub provides weekly telephone support if you are struggling with problems relating to your sexuality and gender, alongside homelessness, multiple disadvantages and complex needs.
In February 2024, our Phoenix service developed further to include an accommodation scheme at a property in Stoke-on-Trent. The scheme provides a safe and secure home for three Phoenix customers, with en-suite rooms, communal spaces and on-site support available from the LGBTQ+ Caseworker.
