At Concrete, we have a dedicated team of Tenancy Sustainment Officers (we call them TSOs). They deliver our innovative Tenancy Ready Programme. This includes a wide range of activities and discussion topics, all designed to help you gain the necessary skills, confidence, and knowledge for independent living.

They provide support in areas such as budgeting, tenancy comprehension, managing anti-social behaviour, fostering good neighbour relations, promoting community cohesion, and enhancing health and well-being.
