Making homelessness history is a big statement, but we’re not alone in achieving it. We’re part of a national movement tackling homelessness from the inside out, addressing the factors that cause it as well as giving people the tools and knowledge they need to prevent it.

Destination: Home is a Concrete-led service, in partnership with these local organisations to deliver a 24/7 support service to people in housing crisis across Stoke-on-Trent.
Adullam Homes provides quality housing, support, training and employment opportunities to help people have stable lives and realise their full potential.
North Staffs Mind is a mental health charity which supports more than 8,000 people ever year through a range of support opportunities.
Changes: Health and Wellbeing supports children, young people and adults with a range of wellbeing, recovery and support options.
Walk Ministries runs one and two-year programmes to help people develop skills for living and employment.
